Hey just got a few questions

>Was wondering what the social life was like at Newcastle city/campus
>How hard is it got get into on campus living (I do a few things like volunteer for Surf Patrol, Church, Triathalon aid) IH any good?
>How gnarly is 1st year engineering maths - is it easy after?

1. pretty good social life, there is plenty of stuff to do around campus
2. IH is pretty good. i'd say you would have a very good chance of getting in there.
3. not very gnarly - gets slightly less easy in second year though.

Hard, and no nah IH is a good place

1st year math for engineers is easy. same with second year

all the colleges (by which i mean IH, teds, evatt... i exclude bara for a very good reason!) are good.. of course clive and I are biased into saying IH is the best. social life is great both in colleges and on campus, and u can get involved in as much as u want. there are surf clubs in town, a church on campus (aptly named wait for it... UniChurch!!! lol)

choose whichever college suits ur financial situation. if u dont want to pay for meals, then evatt. if u want dinner every night of the week (not weekends), but still want benefits of having your own kitchen then IH... if ur a lil mummas boy like mrbassman and need someone to cook all your meals and the only kitchen equipment u know how to use is the mircowave (incidentally its also the only thing ur given!) then teds is great!!!

but yeah honestly, all are good. different, but good social life in all!
