Might be too late but I have two tutors that I can highly recommend. Both are available on skype for a good rate.

#1 is Annie in Ho Chi Minh city - she has about 4 staff and offers skype in addition to her language school

#2 is Xuan Vi who is a Vietnamese woman who has lived in Australia and works at a University

My experience with both is that nothing beats it - I've tried Council of Adult Education CAE and VUT footscray and one-on-one skype is number 1 Annie and Xuan Vi both have youtube videos as well. Annie's is subscription at about 5 bux a month pretty good value Xuan Vi has less but they are free.
