I said as long as there is no "sexual context", eg; a cum hither look, or a sexual pose. Then it's not considered child pornography.

So if a mother took a picture of her child going down a slip'n slide naked at a young age, would that constitute child pornography? No, it would not.

last year, dumb kid posted it on myspace, then every kid posted it, over
1000 people went. Obviously the consequences of this was a riot, which happened, a shitload of peoples lawns, fences and garden etc destroyed, parked cars and police cars were bottled, a shitload of police came, riot police etc and
a lot lot a lot of arrest.
