its all to do with the business cycle not who is in power.

if liberal was still in power it is very probable they would of followed suit with the rest of the world and spent that stimulus.

then labour would of been voted in the next time aka this year and started to repay the debt once the economy recovered which by the way doesn't look like its going to happen for a very very long time.

i was just stating what would of happened. though a Howard or Costello government would of spent the stimulus money wiser then that of the Rudd government however the point remains is that they would of spent it.

my school and many other schools were given the laptops for use in every class + we use them at home.

but because our year shouldn't of even gotten them in the first place, we give them back after our HSC.
