Hi,

To anyone doing this assignment what sort of style are you writing it in?

Are you doing it the same way the sample answer is, so basically just like a report? Or making it more personalised and pretending to actually address the person, so instead of using eg. "Harry agreed to this" , writing "you agreed to this"/"it is your responsiblility" etc.

Your given a sample answer for a reason. Your report should be written in the same vain. (reports across any discipline are usually third person and past tense).

Remember to address all parties and the issues on both sides, apply with case/statue law (what are the similarities and differences between your facts and the facts of past decisions) and don't conclude/be biased towards a party until very end.
