yeh i put down international law in the exam. Just a few people in another thread quoted some textbook saying torts was public/private. Well i hope it is international, it seemed the obvious choice to me in the exam, and still looks correct now.

Torts is private.
Criminal is public.

Torts sometimes works with/over criminal, property law, etc. sometimes tho, but it's still private.
