Hey guys

I'm starting to prepare for my LAW204 exam (18th of June), and I was just wondering what past students have done for this particular subject. Did they have a particular method for study and note taking? I'm looking at possibly summarizing each topic/chapter into one page, followed by another page which gives a brief description of the authority/law in each case.

I prepped a general outline of how the law works for each issue with authorities

e.g. estoppel - 6 steps - Brennan J - Walton Stores (pinpoints look impressive in exams too, if you can manage them)

I also had a summary of each case, as they sometimes use identical / extremely similar fact patterns)
