I guess you were talking about the criminal test, right?
I didn't find that test overly difficult, however I think the marking will be quite harsh and the majority of people will be shocked when they get their marks. I for one know I'll do terribly.
In terms of studying, I've been doing notes from the text books while doing the reading, taking notes in lectures on what isn't on the slides, downloading the slides from e-learning, and taking notes in seminars. Beyond that, just the usual method of getting it into one's head.
I'm finding the course pretty interesting, and not overly difficult. That said, I started taking notes way too late and so I'm permanently about a month behind in everything. Considering the foundations and the contracts essays we now have to do, I doubt I'll ever catch it up this semester.
