Hi there, the same thing happened to me actually a few weeks ago. To be honest, I think the easiest thing to do to get a job is to print some of your resumes and hand it over to retail stores directly, rather than emailing and applying for 348734 jobs online. Also, I suggest speaking to the manager directly, and chat with him/her for awhile, introducing yourself..etc, that way you can leave a good impression on them, and will be more likely to be hired. It worked for me :D Just gather some confidence and go for it! Good Luck !
