Japanese Continuers

Hi,

Im in year 10 and have been doing Japanese since year 7, and really want to do japanese continuers next year. But because of certain issues (having lots of subs who did'nt know Japanese :mad1 we are only half way through the Mirai 2 book right now. Is this sufficent knowledge to do continuers next year (especially because I would probably be doing it through OHS) or would I have to catch up by the start of the course?
