So, who among you joined this?
(If you're keen, you don't have to be a UNSW student even, all of our events take place after uni anyway - eg get-togethers, dinners etc). It'd be interesting to see if any of the Japanese students (or others interested in Japanese) took this up.

soo jin is the KOREAN leader of J-club, which is a club targeted at new Japanese language students or people interested in japanese culture

yes she's very nice (it'd be a big culture conflict to have a Korean leader for Japanese club!).

And also towards actual Japanese students.. you'll see at the first meetup I guess.

I still can't be bothered with anything UNSW. You're just too far out of the way to be of any use to me. :p

Certainly. But I think we've discovered the best Japanese restaurants by now, so we probably just go to them, and experiment with 2 new ones per year..

As far as I remember, UTS is next to Central, which has buses running directly to UNSW. Hmm..

True, but UNSW isn't on the way to anything, so I'd really only be going there for this one thing. Not really worth the time, considering it can take half an hour during peak periods, and the walking!

haha, i think i'm a member already? i got an email from them. i'd be interested in learning jap but i don't speak ANYTHING at the moment.. so i'm a bit scared..
