Update on the economics question I got 1/4 for.

Turns out I would've gotten 3 or maybe 4/4 if I hadn't written this: On the other hand, an increase in the labour force participation rate such as those hidden unemployed reentering the job markets and undertaking jobs will increase the federal government's revenue through an increase in tax receipts.

Derp'd I don't know what made me think of hidden unemployment -_-. Why did I add that extra word in!?

(this is for Q23c "explain how a change in the labour force participation rate can affect the federal government's revenues and expenditures")
