Hey how are ya?
I've decided to go with 1131 for my first year mathematics course but reading one of the threads where someone asked the same question, the perks of doing 1141 look very appealing however the cons of the X questions look minimal possibly. I did mathematics 2 unit for the HSC and got 80. To be honest this years test was more for the ext 1 students, i think i couldve gotten much higher. However as a result im doing a bridging course now and find it to be alright. But i just wonder whether i have the potential as to paraphrase one of the responders, that more people fail in maths 1131 then 1141 becuase of the scaling i think. i am willing to put in the effort but effort can only get you so far as i am doing an engineering and arts degree so time and effort is questionable.
Thankyou for your thoughts
