I am not sure whether it is compulsory or not, but is it worth it?
I mean, i am absolutely certain that my ATAR is not on par to the required atar, although there is room for improvement, so should I or not?

Today is my graduation, which means I can only get it done tomorrow, so should I, or just leave it?

For UWS med, I think you need to write it on the A4 form. It might have changed from 2 years ago, but I was required to show my predicted ATAR.

Hi, At UWS it is compulsory that you submit the predicted ATAR form by its due date. The form needs to be submitted by 30th September. If you have any issues with this form, please contact the Course Information Line on 1300 897 669 or on study@uws.edu.au. Best regards, UWS Course Info.

i love how uws has someone whose job is to browse BOS and answer questions. shows they actually care about their students. makes me sort of envious
