Is it possible to start hsc fourth term if...... (1 Viewer)

Hi
Due to some problems that occured fourth term last yr with bullying etc and some personal problems, i want to go bk to do my HSC somewhere because i really want to complete it.

My parents have said that i could complete my HSC but not go back to my local school. I dont know how to talk to my parents about going back to my old school to complete Yr 12 cos the people that were giving me grief would have left, i would be able to deal with the preesure now since i have been at TAFE and that means i have learnt and accepted more responsibility with my studies.

I know that for some or most schools that they start the HSC fourth term of Yr 11 but i dont know if its possible to finish completing my course and do some days at school and then finish the rest of my school work on the weekends or during next yrs holidays with the help of BOS and my tutors that i have for certain subjects?

Is it also going behind my parents back if i inquire about doing my hsc at my school and then tell them the results of what occurred?

What i was asking was is it possible to do first term of Yr 12 at school then also finish my tafe course?

I would go bk to school at the start of next yr after i finished my tafe course but cos the english aos has changed, i have to redo it even though i completed first term of Yr 12 last yr but i have a feeling that it wont be regonsided so then ill have to redo first term of yr 12 cos of the english aos changing.

My goal was to finish Yr 12; but due to problems i had to drop out of school so now im in the middle of completing my tafe course and then i want to go back to school and complete my hsc.

i have to say you're not very good at explaining things, at all. but i sort of get what you're after. so here it goes,

finish your tafe course. then go back to school and pick up from wherever you left off. you may have to repeat year 12 because you left the syllabus at the middle of nowhere, but that's tough luck. if you really want to do your hsc, that's what you have to do.

in terms of which school, it doesn't matter in the end. in fact, a new school with virtually no friends may even help you concentrate better.

I think that as Kat said, go and ask your school. Although you have done your preliminary, I am not sure whether that would count given the change in English course, so best to ask.

I know that you can to your HSC through TAFE, which is an option if your school says no.

Just letting everyone know who read and replied to this post, that i have a meeting at my school next month, to re enroll and to pick my subjects again.
