Is it possible to accelerate my science/ arts degree from 4 years to 3.5 ?? (1 Viewer)

By attending summer and winter school for 4 subjects??
so im thinking one winter this year, then complete 2 in the summer
then an elective or something in summer school later on.

Yeah you should be fine to do that. A lot of people that go to Summer and Winter School do it to accelerate their degree.

Science at USyd is great... There are also a lot of principle focus units eg. Forensic Osteology (Students under Med Faculty only), Zoology, Botany, Materials Chemistry, Molecular Design and Synthesis etc. so there is a diverse range of units to choose from and to tailor to your specific interests. :) ~ unless you plan on pharmacology which has a set plan of units to be completed.

Can't say anything about Commerce. :p

Commerce is great as well. Teachers are generally pretty good, and there are a number of different subjects you can choose from depending on what your strengths are.

And we're getting a new building next year which should be pretty good too :).

that building looks sick! cant wait.

and yea commerce seems decent so far. Only do 1001 and 1040 atm though.

science is good too, psyc1001 is really interesting. lecturers good, tutors good, course great. definitely do that one.
