And what kind of raw marks would I need in the HSC to achieve 91? Thank you very much!

Decent science ranks imo, I'd say 89/90, btw you'll need to try and attain at most two band 6's(I'm pretty sure you'll get one for Bio) and the rest band 5's for a 91, with a bit of work you can do this
