Is anyone out there doing global environmental law? (1 Viewer)

Hi.

I need help with an assessment I have to do. We need to evaluate the effectiveness of the law relating to the global environment in achieving justice for the individual, justice for society and justice for the nation state.

The stuff in the text book is fairly basis in its explanation and I was wondering whether anyone had any information on the topic.

Yeah it is pretty interesting. The only problem with it that nobody else does it so there is limited information. None of the excel books or macquarie guides go into it.
