Nope. That one is the Scholarship for Outstanding Achievement.

This one, according to Scholarships - The University of Sydney, is
Dean's Undergraduate Scholarship in Economics and Business

• Awarded to a student scoring 99.5 or above in the HSC with outstanding achievements in public speaking, leadership and community achievement and a demonstrated interest in economics and business.
• Tenable for a maximum 4 years (Honours year inclusive).
• The scholarship is valued at $15,000 per annum.

Oh, i already got the Merit Scholarship for the Bus & Economics Faculty. Does that mean you can't be offered any of the others? Congrats nicko by the way
