HEY GUYS,
I just want to find out. I have 12 units now in year 11.
in these 12 units 2 of them are 1 unit subjects.
Mathematics Extension 1
Photography (PDM)
Now photography is a 1 year course, on the other hand Mathematics Extension 1 is 2 years. So all i want to know is that in year 12 i will have 11 units, due to photography is being dropped. So I am wanting to find out how they would count the 11 units. or if they would even count Mathematics Extension 1 at all.

All 11 units will be counted in your HSC marks

To get an ATAR, you only need 10 units. They take you best 10 units
So if MX1 is one of your top subjects, half of your lowest subject will be counted

yup. if you got 90 in your lowest subject. it would be halved to 45 (just to clarify in case)
