Ok i have done these areas haha it better be correct as the EXAMS TOMORROW ... SHIT. ok i have done:

Training For Strength
Training For Power & Speed
Training For Endurance
Training For Flexibility

Does anyone know if ... thats all the areas of that Option? i hope so.....

Yup, thats what I'm doing. Just make sure you know the Principles of training in relation to those training areas. I had a real interesting question in the CCSA trial concerning those two areas.

Don't think so. You might be thinking about methods of skill acquistion which is part practice/whole practice or distributed practice/massed practice but that's in core 2 i think.

No I checked in the sylabus under HOW DO ATHLETES TRAIN FOR IMPROVED PERFORMACE? theres
-training for strength
-training for power and speed
-training for endurance
-training for flexibility
and -TRAINING FOR SKILL AND IMPROVMENT

But that comes within the option ... like u learn all those improvements from training for strength etc. Coz isnt that to do with specificity?

I dunno I just got that from the sylabus. Get a copy of it and read it. That point was included with all the others thats all.

what about all the bits like "Use of Technology" and all the stuff about periodisation and programs?

Yeh yeh i saw that... I read a question just then on the Use of Technology, from the 2001 HSC paper. Thats just mainly video analysis and results on performance to help with skill development.

Can anyone give me a quick answer for this question... coz i got stuck on it!
