Lynn is also applying for B Creative Arts - Creative Writing, although at Macquarie. Amber is applying for Wollongong though, Lynn is amazed at how many people are interested in Creative Arts degrees. She is getting scared about UAI.

But Lynn reminds herself that it is, after all, not the end of the world, and that UAI is completely out of her hands at this point :D

Thomas is applying for Bachelor of Creative Arts - Creative Writing at Woolongong of Sydney... When he put it in his preferences he forgot all about submitting the portfolio and interview application. He rang a couple of days ago and has a Friday deadline in which the application and portfolio has to be in.
Justin wonders where the Wollongong of Sydney is. :D

HAHAHA Lynn did the exact same thing last Thursday - when she said "I think I'm going to friend with a chat". Lynn's friends found it amusing.

Marcus has applied for: 1) Advanced Bachelor of Arts Sydney Uni, 2) Bachelor of Language Sydney Uni, 3) Bachelor of Arts Sydney Uni.

He really wants to do creative writing, but doesn't know if Sydney Uni has it!

Thomas also applied for the UTS course (writing & contemp. cultures), but last year the UAI was 90 and he doesn't think he can reach this UAI. But he doesn't mind, the Woolongong course sounds alright.

Amber is also impressed at everyone's lists of courses. Being a silly nitwit, Amber only applied for ONE course, at ONE uni, and therefore it is her own fault if she misses selection.

Amber does not give a stuff about her UAI, as she feels that a UAI is an unfair measurement of someone's skills, both academically and socially. That, combined with the fact that about 6months ago she decided that she just couldn't be bothered anymore ;)

Oh and Amber regretfully informs Justin that the pulls of Riven this afternoon were too strong for her to resist - and she is now much further into the game than she was  She apologises most profusely, but she got onto a roll and couldn't stop. It was addictive! She will probably go on again on friday aswell but is not sure at this point.

Amber apologises again and offers sincere apologies... she will let Justin catch up if he feels that this will be the just and fair way to deal with Amber's inapproriateness :)

Katie greets everyone and sees that everyone has had a productive day judging by the four/five pages of posts that have accumulated. Katie would also like to inform Lynn that if she is planning on shopping at Bondi Junction where Katie went today she had better have alot of money as the only thing Katie could afford was a pair of thongs and a splitting headache. However the trip there was amusing as Katie's friend needed to use a GPS to get to Bondi and navigate her way through certain parts of Sydney.

Lynn is pretty much broke, although since she almost never buys things unless with mum (who has credit card) or by herself (when she has saved up money) she is content to just do a lot of happy window shopping and trying-on-of-stuff.

Speaking of headaches, Lynn got a bad one over course of watching Whitehouse fashion parade. Lynn is not sure whether it was seating (really, really bad chairs) or just change of altitude - Lynn was 8cm "higher" :D :D :D

Lynn greets everyone.

Justin doesn't mind, as he will be happy if he can just finish the damn thing eventually. He is already frustrated with it, as he is sure there is another orb on Disc 3 (a sphere thingy that turns around to show a number character). He is convinced that something will happen if they are hit in order.

Justin greets Lynn and wonders how her evening has been so far.

Lynn's evening has been Whitehouse fashion parade... Lynn was very impressed by garments but admits that all were "post-modern", in english speak, and there was nothing feminine/girly/wearable, which is the sort of thing Lynn likes to wear. However Lynn had a LOT of fun getting ready - Lynn re-affirms that she LOVES makeup and LOVES bo-ho curls. Lynn is now thinking of doing boho hair for formal.

Lynn is VERY tired however, and will now bid Justin adieu.

Justin waves as Lynn abandons him. :p

He considers acting like an angst-ridden teen and writing bad poetry, but then decides against. He will leave that to the Poetry folk.

Justin hopes Lynn has many sweet dreams of makeup and dancing.

Alan says hello to justin. Alan informs him that he has had a horrific day, and that he wish he could die, now, painlessly....actually...he would like to die pleasurably.

Justin greets Alan, and hopes that he is exaggerating how bad his day was. Justin states that death is overrated and that sleep is a makes a bad day so much better because you don't have to deal with it.

Alan's day was fairly bad, at least the end of it was...

Although he caught up with a friend he has been desperate to meet, the day ended dreadfully, with heavy rain starting as Alan was walking through Hyde Park wetting his LEGAL STUDIES NOTES in his folder, as well as encountering two thugs who attempted to mug Alan.

He got away unhurt, but psychologically, Alan was confronted with how dependant he was on other people, and just how weak he is mentally.

Katie pops out of nowhere to inform Alan that his day couldnt have been any worse than hers but that sleep and chocolate with possibly a hot waterbottle would be a good remedy?
