Justin says that his desire to conquer the game is very much a result of this conversation, and believes that a race or a joing effort to solve the game will be very enjoyable. Justin did a similar thing a few years back with a friend when we first got into Final Fantasy VII.

THomas would like to announce that he used to love the Myst/Riven series and has beaten Myst, Riven, Myst III as well as Uru (the fourth one)... apparantly there's a fifth one or soemthing too...
Myst was a great game and was perhaps the only computer game that Thomas ever really enjoyed. Meanwhile Thomas is working on his portfolio and sighs... he thought this week, with no more exams, would be relaxing

Lynn wonders why Thomas cannot allocate bludging time and working time - or wonders if Thomas' "working" pile has accumulated muchly over HSC period
Thomas replies that working time hasn't really accumulated, more come all at once. He has to work every day this week, seven days!! Oh well, money for schoolies. As well as that he has to get ready his portfolio for an application which is due on friday, so that's more work.

Thomas is applying for Bachelor of Creative Arts - Creative Writing at Woolongong of Sydney... When he put it in his preferences he forgot all about submitting the portfolio and interview application. He rang a couple of days ago and has a Friday deadline in which the application and portfolio has to be in.
