Probably the body parts you'd want to train most are back and chest - two particularly important ones which (unless you train regularly) get no attention. What I mean is, day-to-day activities train mostly arms and legs. If you want to look good, you're gonna want a wide back and thick chest. For this reason, I suggest you focus mostly on push-ups and pull-ups (wide as fuck).

push-ups in the meantime. try decline pushups - works ur upper chest. But in the long run push-ups become more of a fitness exercise

oh dam,i mite as well bum around for another month before i join the gym.
Don't listen to these gym lobbysts. The truth is, that unless you want to look like arnie, you don't really need to go the gym. Eating shit loads of carbs and proteins and working out at home each day, will suffice to get a pretty ripped body. Now, the workout consists of variations of push up and sit ups. To train upper legs, do squats with bags filled with weights or books or anything with weight.

TO do calves, just do calf raises with a book on the floor. That's about it really.
