The UNSW Portfolio Entry is an admission pathway that gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your passion and talent, alongside your ATAR. It requires the submission of a portfolio, the content of which will depend on the degree you are applying for. The UNSW Portfolio Entry entails the following programs:
- Art & Design Portfolio Entry- this includes the following degrees:
- Bachelor of Design
- Bachelor of Fine Arts
- Bachelor of Media Arts
- Built Environment Portfolio Entry- this includes the following degrees:
- Bachelor of Architectural Studies
- Bachelor of Computational Design
- Bachelor of Industrial Design
- Bachelor of Interior Architecture
- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture
- Bachelor of Information Systems Admissions Scheme (BISAS)
- Faculty of Engineering Admissions Scheme (FEAS)- this includes several degrees:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) - there is a multitude of majors that you can have a look at individually using the link below.
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- Bachelor of Food Science (Honours)
- Bachelor of Science (Computer Science)
- Bachelor of Science (Computer Science)/Bachelor of Media Arts

- UNSW Canberra (non-defence undergraduate students only):

To complete your UNSW Portfolio Entry submission, you will need to apply through UAC. Eligibility to receive an offer requires you to have your preferred degree as your highest preference.
