i heard the quality was like it coming from a 256 bubble jet printer. That *does* sound sucky. The card maker at UWS is heaps cool, it's like it's getting shaken around in this funny little box.

Yup, USYD student cards are laminated and you have to bring your own photo.

UWS cards are pretty decent.

i had a fischer library card once.

lol i went usyd last year. You have to bring your own photo to enrollment the stick it on a piece of paper with your card details on it and then laminate the paper and thats your uni card. But if your a international student you get a proper card with a computer photo just like UWS one, so unfair.

Yup Natstar - just go to the Student Centre during first week and you should be able to get it all done.

all they do is ask look at your offer letter, sit you down and take the photo
