I'm sorry, but those massive DIOR sunglasses with the ridiculously wide arms just look lame. especially on guys.

oh and rats tails have to be the worst ever thing to do to your hair. Ugliest things in the world. poking out the end of a hat... just gross.
Hell yes. And what is with the sudden revival of MULLETS? I think it's a leb thing or something but still. Friends don't let friends wear mullets. They are the epic fail of hairstyles.

ok I'm going to compile list of all fashion crimes, and anyone who comes here and reads it will be compelled by the power of jebus to believe in its authority and to cast off all offending garments from their bodies by way of cleansing their sins.

here we go

Fluoro colours (exceptions may be made for minimal accessories)
Anything resembling a shapeless sack
Anything your grandmother would also wear
The digusting boho look I mentioned
Tights-and-tshirt combinations outside of the gym
Tights outside of the gym
Trackpants worn with the intention for them to actually be a respectable garment
Uncared-for hair
Anything too big or too small for you
Mullets
Rat tails
Weirdo half shaved half dyed bright green styles
Rainbow colour palettes - if you're wearing more than four colours in one outfit you need to tone it down
Flannos (see trackpants)
Going out in public without footwear
Going braless if you are bigger than an A cup
Tight shorts and pants on men (maniella)
Guys with plucked eyebrows (maniella)
Metrosexual-ness in general
Bum crack showing
Midriff showing
Dirty clothes
Upturned collars
Pinafores
Those white raben shoes
Country Road bags
Giant pointless bags in general
Fake nails
All-over denim
Overalls of any kind unless you are a mechanic or in the military
Clothes that allow your underwear to show, outside of the bedroom
Inappropriate underwear choices, including but not limited to going commando in a miniskirt
Skinny jeans if you are fat
Wide leg jeans if you are really slender
High waisted jeans on anybody
Over-accessorising
Any variety of pointy leather shoes.
Slogan tees
Cargo pants (Welcome to 1998)
Baggy jeans
Any type of goth clothing including but not limited to:
Pants with chains all over them
High shiny boots with lots of straps
Baggy black long sleeved cradle of filth shirts
Wife beaters
Jeans and thongs on men
Tucked in shirts combined with bowler hats
Make poverty history/trade fair bracelet things (all courtesy of dieburndie)
Weird asian netting material slippers (lizakith)
Pants so long you can step on them from which they proceed to rip and become dirty around the bottom. (housah0lic)

And so on.

If I missed anything, add it.

lol yeah i was actually thinking of her when i posted it :D

her mental process when shopping for clothes must go something like this: "ok, i'm a size six, so i'll grab a size ten. now i'll do this fourteen times and wear it all at once, cos you know, layering is so in right now, and then i'll go to spotlight and buy everything in the offcut bargain bin and adorn my hair with it, which by the way hasn't been brushed in days, and then i'll finish it with a bag almost as big as me so i have somewhere convenient to throw up my food when i'm out."

bah.
I hope you're not a retail assistant lol. I cringe even at the thought of getting a bigger size.

I hate that. Especially on Asians for some reason. I don't know why. Sorry.

they're not going to stay up and perky and pretty-shaped without a bra though unless you're like an A cup :/ plus jiggle factor, ouch
Only if you're like running or something. But if you're just walking around, you can get away with it - it depends on your shape. I'm a B and I can get away with it. It looks a lot better without a bra, actually (hard to explain).

Those annoy me the most. But I have nothing against metro guys, I sorta like it lol :) It's better than scruffy and dirty and don't-know-what-a-mirror-looks-like.

Over-accessorising
There's an entry for this in the dictionary. It says Hilary Duff.

lol, nah. if i was a retail assistant i'd probably get fired for telling customers the truth about their clothes choices and body shape  think trinny and susannah but without the boob-fondling, haha.

yeah true, and wearing the wrong bra can look way worse than no bra

lol. it can be ok, i guess...there's just a fine line between acceptable metro and just plain gay. well dressed and groomed: hell yes. shaved legs and plucked eyebrows and more hair styling products than me: hm no. :/

What's with the fondling? Like, seriously? Are they lesbians or something?
In bold is precisely why I'd hoped you weren't lol.

You know what I really hate? Those pointy triangular bras. OH MY GOD.

lol. it can be ok, i guess...there's just a fine line between acceptable metro and just plain gay. well dressed and groomed: hell yes. shaved legs and plucked eyebrows and more hair styling products than me: hm no. :/
I agree. Well-groomed and fashionable/stylish etc, fab. But when it comes to shaving and eyebrows and stuff, ew. Although I think I'd prefer hair-free underarms lol.

LOL it's funny cause it's true
It doesn't actually say that in the dictionary. I was kidding lol.
Just had to make that clear haha.

Not necessarily shiny, but yeah, the ones where you know the toes of the shoe end like 5cm after the toes of the guy wearing them. They look like clown shoes.

Doris, can you add those slipper things that were popular a few years ago. they're from asian shops, and they're made of that see through netting stuff with sparkly flowers stuck on them.
And white shoes of any kind. Specially on guys

i've never seen half of these things you kids are talking about .. plucked eyebrows on dudes, what the fuck?

one thing i fucking hate is dudes who try and rock the general pants wanker thing and fail miserably (not that anyone can actually succeed), like .. shirts with girly neckline, tight knee-length jeans, and a bandana tied around their neck. holy shit i just want to slap any moron i see wearing that.

also 'emos' (it's not even close to emo but i'm not going to start that up) who congregate in massive groups and all wear the exact same thing .. skinny jeans or black dickies, converse, black band shirts, anything else black and red, tons of accessories and eyeliner, ridiculous hair .. and there's like hundreds of them together all dressed the same. it freaks me out.

What's wrong with baggy jeans?

I don't like tight jeans. So I wear loose fitting ones.

talking more about jeans that are so baggy they look like they dont fit right, or that you suddenly lost about 200 kilos and havent shopped for new pants yet

I hate that more than anything listed in here.
When peoples pants just slip off.

Or when they're so tight they can't breathe and it's ripping at the back.

Hey, dilemma.

Is "short denim" synonymous with "slut"?
Short as in skirts and shorts.

I hate it when girls wear demin miniskirts and thongs. It's so trashy and slutty.
But if you dressed up a demin skirt, can it pass? Or is it still slut-territory?

It's unfair - I mean, they don't create clothes with sluts in mind. Sluts just pick them up and then the rest of us can't even imagine ourselves wearing those items.

short denim skirts are just trashy in general, if you really want to degrade yourself couple it with a pair of ugg boots. ugh. short shorts are alright though.

If I ever wear a denim skirt, it's normally with a pretty tame tshirt or polo and sneakers or thongs.

You can make it look less trashy.
