If you are ever accused of a crime or even questioned, do NOT speak to police. They are allowed to lie to you and they do not have to follow the same rules in court that we do.

You only have to give them your address and name.

Nothing else.

Whenever being questioned by Police, if you have not been arrested, ask them simply "Am I being arrested or am I free to go?".

Never lose your temper, raise your voice or swear. Treat them as you would treat a mildly retarded human being.

No matter if you think you can talk your way out of something or explain something away, never talk to police.

um for example they told me and my mate to move on from a public place because there had been a brawl and we were just standing there and we didnt and he threatened to bash us if we didnt so we just moved like 20m and he was fat and couldnt catch us but he was threatening us

and one time we were shooting legally on a friends property out of town and when we drove back into town we were pulled over and he shone a light into our ute and could see the rifle bag behind the seat and he accused us of shooting illegally within town and took our rifles and threatened to confiscate them but then another policeman turned up and he didnt

and another time me and friend were driving around in a forest on crown land and the police saw us drive into there and follwed us and then accused us of breaking into somewhere because the person who broke in was also driving a white toyota hilux and i pointed out that every p plater in the area drives one and he said "come on boys we can settle this off record if you want" and he cracked his knuckles and took his hat off but he must have been bluffing because we were bigger than him but then again he is a cop and does what he wants
