Hypothetical question, can going to a highly ranked school screw someones atar? (1 Viewer)

Lets say in assessments, since everyone is highly academic and studious everyone gets 90-100, and then one guy gets 50 or something. Does the BOS think that the assessment was easy and that one kid is just really bad which screws him harder than if he went to a shitty school and got easy assessment tasks and did better in comparison to his cohort? Just asking hypothetically, I swear this isn't my case.............
