Hey there,

I might not be able to get the UAI i set out for this year (80), but im confident I can grab 70+ which can easily land me in a Social Science/Intl Studies/Intl Comm course at UWS.

My question is, is completing a course at UWS a waste of time? Do prospective employers treat a UWS Soc Sci degree the same as other Unis?

But generally what I want to know is, Am I disadvantaged with a UWS Social Science degree when im looking for work post-uni?

Cheers,

It can't hurt to complete the course. it can only help you in your job hunt, might as well do it.

Why dont you put it down on your preference list and see if you get in, if you get in then worry about it..if your still worried after beginning the course you could probably transfer after the first year anyway.
