Succintly, your HSC mark is the average of your Examination mark (What you got in the exam) and your assessment mark (What the equivalent rank obtained in the exam).. Good luck.

Thanks :)

Now would anybody know what kind of marks you would need to obtain to get a UAI of about 70?

can anyone answer this for me?

i did these courses at school:
english standard
general maths
personal development/hpe
community and family studies
and hospitality strand d.
i recently got my uai mark and its not very good, while my hsc marks were
not super high or anything i still passed everything and got some good mark. do think my uai wasnt good as my subjects werent scaled very well?
i would have chose other subjects but was unaware of the scaling and stuff as changed schools at the end of yr 10 and started fresh elsewhere in yr 11 and 12.
