At the start, the charges in PQ are moving horizontally in the same direction as the magnetic field, therefore no magnetic force is generated. After 1/4 rotation they moved vertically perpendicular to field. So I picked A?

19 C is right though! Its not cutting any field lines because its parallel to them all - so how can an emf be induced? It can't

The motion of the charges is important, after 1/4 rotation it is perpendicular to field

A lot of my friends picked C for 19 but i did B. Honestly not sure what the real answer is

Magnitude shouldn't be constant? Ball slows down as it moves up so normal force changes?
