HSC Physics in Focus Teacher Resource CD (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows where I can access a Teacher Resource CD for PiF. Most stores don't seem to have them, and judging by the annotations in the textbook, it seems very helpful.

It might be sold online or comes with the textbook when you buy it.

And copyright material can't be distributed on here (I'm not actually sure though if it is held under copyright laws, however I can imagine it being so).
