Not if it's a wasted resource. We don't have the data to know how effective or used it actually was. I'm not a fan of scrapping services, but I'd like the data before passing judgement.

I've never personally used it before but my friends have and apparently it was really helpful
was quite popular too with waiting times up to like hours or smth like that

but yeh, it's sad how they're getting rid of anything

I reckon they should have an interactive online chat thing available when you log in students online. It's probably cheaper, and you'll be able to reach a larger volume of people.

The helpline sounds useful but I don't think I would have used it at this point in time if I was aware of it. I've never heard any of my friends talk about it, so I'm honestly indifferent so far.

No one really knows about it, so it really was a under-used resource. Would of been a lot better if it was publicised more

It only operated during the HSC exam period, so it's unsurprising many of you haven't yet heard of it.

I went to a revision/study thing at ACU yesterday, and one of the guys who was teaching us said that it costed $246 per phone call. I'm not entirely whether that's true or not, but if it is, I can see why they scrapped it.
