How are you guys preparing for family? I don't know how I can remember so much legislation and cases for each issue?

Sadly rote learning an essay. We haven't done much yet, only the nature of family law+ alternative relationships so Im pretty sure its going to be a question on law reform for me.

^ This is a pretty good doc for the effectiveness of some of the Acts
Thanks! I'm so worried about legal because I have trials tomorrow for it and I have to do two family questions because we haven't done consumers yet!

If you will be doing two family questions tomorrow, I would suggest you prepare for the other possible types of questions they might throw at you. Correct me if I'm wrong but for the options, we only do extended responses right? So you just refer to the syllabus and look at the "Students learn to" section and get some creative and analytical juices flowing by planning responses to past questions.

But don't quote me on that. You're looking at the guy who is lurking on the BOS forum rather than studying.
