Wow I got 85% in maths, I'm pleased with that. A few stupid mistakes like usual, oh well.

Worried about my business test result, I probably shouldn't have passed it off as easy and not studied.

Only assessment left to do is physics, will try and study for that on sunday I guess...

why people post their marks:
1. might think somone actually cares.
2. did good and feel like showing the mark off
3. did shite, and need comfort of the shitness of the mark.
4. have nothing better to do with their time.

Pick your reason.
I did shit so i wrote this. Guess im in category number 3.

Got Eng Adv back today 23.5/25 (weighted)

rank 2/204

bit disspointed with 14/15 for speech but only because some chick who a) went over time b) didn;t answer the Q and c) Was as boring as fuck got 15. Meh, speeches are so biased.

Ah well. Better than maths:

36/45

Don;t know rank, nor do I want to.

Updated results, got other sections back etc.

Adv Eng: M: 17/22 (highest mark was 19/22) R: 5th
EE1- Hmmm.. haven't done anything yet
EE2- M: 16/20 R: 1st (out of two people :p)
MHistory- M: 25/25 R: 1st
AHistory- M: 23/25 R: 2nd
Advanced Maths- M:39.5/60 R: Don't know, form average was ~60%

While I'm here, I need advice. As you can see, my maths mark fails hard. I studied more for maths than any other subject and I still can't score 80+ Should I drop to general? I've talked it through with friends and my teacher and most have said I'd probably find general harder because it's totally different to the adv course. I generally grasp concepts well and do put the effort in- maybe I'm just not doing enough practice papers or something?

Thoughts? thx

You have only 10 people in MX1? We have 79. :(

And about 28 in MX2. Although some of them will be kicked out after the first test - probably will be me.
Yeah, we only have about 100 kids in year 12, and its just an average school (like half the grade does general maths... which is sad)

Apparently I heard they wanted to introduce an easier course than general, Application Mathematics or something ?

Yeah i read that somewhere. General Maths isn't that hard, I just suck at it. I think they need a course halfway between Maths Adv and Maths general personally.

I agree with a course between general and 2U.

It's quite a big jump from general to 2U.
