I just found out (via FB, yes shame on me I know) that the guy a friend's been crushing on has been in a long term relationship. How do I tell her this? And I would have just told her, except that:
a) It was me and another friend of her's that convinced her he liked her (she was reporting back to us on his behaviour and we deduced that he liked her). So if I tell her, I'll be going back on my word-ish?!
b) She doesn't want to know. I asked her if she honestly wanted me to add him on FB and find out (she doesn't have FB) and she said no. So I haven't yet. She told me to wait for him to add me. So yes, I haven't added him but I have found out.
c) But, he's not going to add me. And I know this for a fact because him and I had some issues a while back regarding a certain exec position we both wanted to have and I won that.
At first I thought she would let off, but it seems like she isn't going to anytime soon, and it's really bugging her and driving us nutters, to say the least. So, what should I do? And yes I know we sound like a bunch of naive high schoolers carrying on but the way they've been acting it's no wonder at all.
