In that websit, I can't find a section to pay STUDENT FEES ACCOUNT

Check your UWS student account, you should have recieved an email about how to access your statement of account online via pdf, etc.

Anyways: go here https://mysr.uws.edu.au/ log in, click on statement of account, then click "display SOA", click "Click PDF icon for Payment Methods" (on the bottom of the page). Then you have to go take the statement to the post office and pay by card, etc.

Ipay is only for parking permits, as it is the unviersities payment system for internal debts, your HECS/CSP fee goes to the federal government so you must pay at the post office or by b-pay etc.
