I've updated this guide again in response to a PM I received from someone, asking about whether or not these requests take over 20 hours and result in extra charges. Short answer: no.
Applied on January 6, the package arrived on Friday January 22 (but the postman didn't actually deliver it, and instead carded me). Picked it up from the post office today.

You can get your marks at any time - the Board has records dating back a long, long, long time. Exam papers are generally destroyed within 6 months of marking, however.
