As flattering as this is , whilst I have lost my 'HSC weight' (you know, the 2kg or so everyone puts on over their HSC because all they do is sit in front of a computer, either procrastinating or studying), the biggest change is that I no longer wear that baggy shirt they call part of the HGHS senior uniform

Although you're not the first to say I look different since high school (girls in my year I've met since have said the same thing, but I even still have the same haircut?! lol) so maybe I did change? omg... MAYBE I'VE GROWN! (I haven't grown more than a centimetre - except sideways - since YEAR 6 so this is a big thing for me )

I met MJ and Skittled when I bought my books off MJ, and I saw a webcam thingo of Mike the night before we met (I was so paranoid, I asked him to wave at me through the webcam so I knew it was him ). The rest I've all met through face-to-face introductions, like *someone else points* "that's ______".

and your HSC weight was only 2kgs? lol mine was like 4-5kg hahaha

hahaha it might have "only" been 2kg, but I'd been steadily putting on about 2kg per year in the few years up to my HSC, so... lol. I think in total over my HSC year I put on about 5 kg as well, except 2 of those were "expected" , and the other 2 or 3 came on with the HSC. 2 of those literally melted away the week after my HSC (when my body realised "OMG we are no longer in 100% sedentary mode!), and I spent the summer getting rid of the last one (me and loosing weight don't go together, namely because I find exercise incredibly boring lol). In other news I've been lucky enough not to put on any weight since just after my HSC, however even though the numbers haven't changed I have a strong feeling I've lost some muscle tone and got a bit curvier...

If Australia doesn't want obese kids, they should ban the HSC or have - Instead of english, go for a run and do something useful!
