After looking at some solutions, I'm going to knock this down to a nice 100-105112/120 (i.e. did not attempt Q8b)
That would be assuming of course that the board doesn't consider any of my proofs false, my reasons invalid, and that I made no arithmetic mistakes.
So let's say 105.
I see a lot of mixed reviews about whether it was easy or hard. I think it was just different, no? I mean it had that inconsistent and 'weird' vibe that usually independent trial papers have.
There was a few for question 8 i saw somewhere on the forum o.oWhere can I see the solutions? >=0
going into the exam, probably yeah. but granted, the questions in the exam were really odd and unlike anything i had ever seen before, especially some (8c,d, some parts of 4 and 5). not to mention, there were so many questions which annoyed me in that so much working was required for so little marks, so it didn't really work out well. even if i don't do spectacularly (i think my exam mark will be 96), my rank coupled with the fact that the top person says she got basically everything, will help me bring it up to a 97 hopefullyThat's a bit disappointing for you, isn't it?
apparently someone got 39/120 and ended up with 73 HSC mark.. and 73 HSC mark in 4unit still equates to a 40+ scaled mark, which is preety good, and will go along way for an atar aim of 90+I found the test impossible. I am expecting 40 if lucky. From Q 2 onwards, I was shattered. Am I looking at a E2 or E1 for that?
Cheers dude, no one asked. Stop trolling aboutAfter looking at some solutions, I'm going to knock this down to a nice 100-105
