^I have no idea how one can function with 6 everyday. I turn into a zombie without at least 7 hours a night...and if I have 7 hours consistently, I need a massive sleep to recover my sleep debt.

you just get use to it . but if I really can't hold up my eyes, I will just sleep in one of the frees.
