they are quite expensive the ones i get.

but i like the breakfast drinks too!

They're crap, but addictive. They're also dear like others have mentioned. To counter this i drink 2L of chocolate milk per day instead!

I only started them a few weeks ago when i was sick after night duty and didnt really want to eat breaky but knew id feel rather sick if i didnt have soemthing...i tried the berry one.

They are ok...not the best but better tasting that revolting weetbix! the chocolate one is better than the berry and strawberry ones i think....but yeah they are rather expensive.....

today i spent $4.85 on Up and Go drinks

$2 for vanilla liquid breakfast 250 ml
and in the afternoon i had mocha energize 350ml (mocha is the best flavour )

damn quite expensive


To those who think it is addictive, i think ..
To a certain extent i do think it is addictive. I know that i finish 350 mL Enegize up and go drinks in less than 2 minutes (need to time myself next time!)

can anyone finish the 250 mL ones in under 30 seconds?
