I'm doing 13.
I find that most of my subjects complement one another nicely This means that studying for one helps in another, namely the sciences. All science syllabuses (syllabi ) have one quarter in common - Physics also has similarities to 3U Maths, mainly projectile motion but also the same way of thinking and a little bit of algebra - always good practice. English is compulsory so I suppose its not really related to any ('cept maybe a bit like eco - in that both have lots of essay writing - eco also has some slight similarites to math and science - market equilibrium - simple multiplier - infinite arithmetic series )
Well my point (somewhere) is that its not the number of units but the relationship between the subjects - although, as has already been mentioned, 15+ units tend to be accelerants - still look at their subjects - usually there is a common thread - of course this could be due to university preparation (prerequistes and assumed knowledge) and interests/talents - doing more subjects means that you should be doing more study - of course - and the higher marks - thats why you can only do 6-units of science - it would be too effective.
- Biology
