How the hell do people write so much? 30 pages....WOW.

I wrote 12 for the essay, and 7 for the creative, and that was more than most people in my class. Granted, the entire time that I was doing the creative piece all I could think about was how much time I had left till I finished my HSC. The countdown started with about 40 minutes to go...I would write for 5 mins, look at the clock and waste some more time. As the supervisors came round to collect the booklets, one of them commented that it must have been my last exam. I looked like this > :D Boy was she right!

for all those people who said they saw the 6-10 page samplar and band 6 answers in the standards package put your hearts to rest.

no offence to all those people who DID write alot, but the samplar/band 6 answers show that it is about answering the question, it is answering the question which gets u kickass marks; not heaps of written pages - if you answer the question like a tank you'll get a mark you deserve

don't worry about people who write heaps :p i dont :)

i wrote 11.5 for essay and 7 for creative, i write around 10/11 words a line.

however i had about 8 paragraps so i skipped 8 lines all up so its more like 10.5 pages for essay and ~6.8 pages for creative.

13 for essay
9 for creative

can't believe how some of you used your time, spending heaps on the essay and hardly anything on the creative... they were worth equal marks, so isn't the idea to try to be fairly consistant in both?

but most pplz think..cuz everyone spends more time on the essay.. therefore standard will be higher... whereas wit the creative.. the overall standard would be lower cuz a lot of pplz dont leave enough time for it... hence due to the qwuality difference... stuffing up in creative is not as bad as stuffing up in the essy...

but, wif the creative writing, length is less important compared to creativity

it's jez like the paper 1, the req'd length is around 450 words for the creative writing
