I was so caught up in studying I legitimately forgot I had a PDHPE assignment due... tomorrow! I'm so annoyed at myself, but anyway, hoping someone has an answer for me. The question isn't hard at all, I just need to know how long the response should be. Here's the question, just in case...

1. Critically analyse the ironman policies, rules and equipment to determine the degree to which they promote safe participation in the Hawaii Ironman event.

Include in your analysis:
How the event takes into consideration physical preparation,
The compulsory equipment requirements and how they promote safety
How temperature can be regulated during the event
The way the event delivers safe sporting environments and facilities
The impact of climatic conditions on the athlete, with particular attention given to heat and humidity
Acclimatisation recommendations.

I think 1500-2000 is a good amount particularly as it is an assignment so you have no time constraint to hand write it under exam conditions.
