I got an atar of 99.10 and dux. I chose Usyd science/arts as my first preference, which I already got an offer for. However I'm still not sure if I made the right choice and am still thinking about UNSW adv math/commerce. If I apply for second round for unsw is there a chance I will still get in? Also will having not received a first round offer make me unable to receive scholarships?

You will get an offer if you change prefs and the Uni decides to make offers for that course and the cutoff is lower than your score and it is your highest allocatable preference. How "likely" - who knows? Even if you did know the "likelihood" was 1% or 99%, is that going to change your decision?

As for a scholarship, why not look at terms and conditions of the scholarships?

You have been asking the same questions on multiple forums like BOS and WP for a few weeks. You need to make up your mind soon. Getting multiple offers is only going to postpone a decision you need to make.
