Oh right, sorry I assumed you meant with a bag.

I'd do boxing but i'd be afraid of the arthitis in my knuckles/head injuries - worse than league.

I think it has the same aim as running, or going to the gym, I guess?

Well, you don't necessarily hit a bag - you hit other people.
So true, running has an aim, you aim for a certain time or improvement to technique

I just find something funny and laugh it all out! Comedy works well, but its hard finding "real" funny stuff. Walking the dog by myself works well too.

Okay not really. I walk my dog :)
Or go to the gym.

Simontoilet is seriously the most random name everr!

It gives you satisfaction of making improvement!
it's an obsession, a healthy one.
Plus you can take it easy when you run , and if you like running, it's fun.
It's especially fun when you get ur fitness up really high and run at a slow pace... you'd understand if you took up lond distance training.

ha so true. I miss being fit. Sometimes you go for a walk and you just HAVE to run. It feels so good.

hm ye but i never go for walks, for fun that is, but i know what you mean, yesterday when I went walking around turramurra to look for plants for my bio assignment, it felt good to run but i was like nah to actual training cos running in sucky weather sucks unless it's a whim and ur already walking.

Yeah, same. I only study before tests and I studied for a few hours a day starting 3 days I think before my half yearlies, there are only 200 people in my year and it's a dodgy public school so luckily I can retain my top rank with ease.

Will work my arse off come year 12 though.

The way that i sometimes deal with school preesures is sometimes by talking to my friends coz we are going thru similar things, but i also let the steam off in my diary lol.

Hmmm, i release stress by listening to music really loudly or swimming when i do that for school sport. Always helps because then i can concentrate on my sore muscles instead of how stressed i am.

eh, whatever, masturbation is rather normal; the only issue here, is perhaps that it is somewhat an awkward and taboo subject

i am surprised that no-one has referenced going postal  (without a doubt, it's my cathartic release  d-u-h)
motn, i'm stressed so whatever with this thread; for me, this reads as 'how do you deal with a lot fo school pressure?', to which i'll reply 'i don't'. occasionally, i sit down to ponder things, like the quandary i am in, but nowadays nah.

to be apposite to this thread, i don't; i waste time =(; or i get over it =(

That seems like the MOST and only rational thing to do.
eh... not necessarily.
but yh, i concur

... w8, wtr? getting ova school pressure may result in the building up of it and then, before you know it, :bomb:
or, add mental breakdown and chronic stress 4 moar phuns!

hay, op, stress isn't a great word to use here, cuz it pertains more to physics rather than the emotional wellbeing and psychology of pplz.
:)
