Is it possible to buy a 10 yr old house on the north shore for less than 1 mil?

I think an heritage house only sold for 1 million in mcmahons point when it was worth 4 million.

The insides are nice though! Just the outsides are ancient looking.

Depends if you want to be near rail/public transport or not. And also if you want features such as a pool, relatively flat terrain (it's quite hilly in the North Shore), number of bedrooms, etc.

You could get a house in West pymble, East Roseville, North/South Turrumurra for under 1 mill. Most of the houses in lower north Shore (South of Chatswood) are either mansions or units/apartments.

From what i've seen it isnt as bad as our area in north syd. I spend quite a bit of time there.

You get your usual black house spiders, white tails and st andrews' crosses.
