I did the food and beverage question at the end and stuck to like a basic template of product, product knowledge, equipment, people, place, policy and procedure.. I only wrote four pages though coz hadn't really studied too much..
The answer to the delegation multiple choice question was task management, I had the excel book and I think that's what it said..

yeh i did much the same for that question, just explained like what the general flow of service was, product knowledge, mis en place etc. half the stuff i talked about was probably irrelevant but i chucked it in anyway
